Small-scale decentralized biogas system capable of generating electricity with a feedstock input of 6 kg/day.

Covering challenges of large-scale plants such as 'limited budget' and 'limited raw materials'! Supporting extremely small-scale waste treatment in food factories and remote islands or rural cities.

Biogas plants produce combustible methane gas using organic waste (such as food scraps, livestock manure, and sewage sludge) as raw materials, harnessing the power of microorganisms. This is one form of "renewable energy" that can be utilized in generators, boilers, and stoves. What was previously discarded as waste at a cost can now serve as an energy source. While large-scale centralized systems are suitable for enhancing efficiency, large plants may be too big to address specific needs (such as limited budgets, lack of experience, insufficient raw materials, or limited land). Therefore, we intentionally propose a "small-scale decentralized" approach. ● Demonstration plants for future large-scale development ● Extremely small-scale waste processing at the community level in remote islands and rural cities ● Compliance with food recycling methods in food factories ● Environmental conservation and hygiene improvement in developing countries

Biogas power generation system

Environmentally friendly renewable natural energy as an alternative to fossil fuels!

Our company is engaged in the business of a renewable new energy system, the "Biogas Power Generation System," which looks towards the future of the Earth. The "Biogas Power Generation System" is a system that generates electricity using biogas produced from methane fermentation with a dedicated gas engine. The waste liquid (digestate) after methane fermentation can be safely reused as fertilizer, among other diverse applications. [Achievements] ■ Makinohara Biogas Power Plant *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Response System 'BOGETS'

No matter what happens, we will protect the lifelines! Creating city gas and electricity from LP gas.

We would like to introduce our disaster prevention and mitigation system, 'BOGETS.' Even if lifelines such as city gas are cut off due to a disaster, this system allows you to secure gas and electricity. This system will be essential for hospitals, nursing and welfare facilities, schools, evacuation centers, and corporate BCPs to survive the critical 72 hours after a disaster. 【Recovery Procedure】 ■ Start New PA with battery power ■ Operate GHP with restored city gas ■ Begin power generation with GHP ■ Continue operation with the electricity generated by GHP and the gas produced by New PA *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Small-scale decentralized biogas power generation system

A must-see for solar power generation operators, municipal officials, and investment companies! No need for large-scale plant installation! A biogas power generation system that can be operated on a small scale.

Amid the trend of expanding the use of renewable energy, there is increasing attention on biogas power generation using organic waste as raw material. However, compared to Europe, which has a long history in this field, Japan still lacks sufficient knowledge and experience. This system is manufactured in Japan and is suitable for operation in Japan, with the capability to scale up from a demonstration test size. 【Features】 ■ Small-scale system accepting raw materials from 0.5 tons/day ■ Significant reduction in construction costs and time through container use ■ Flexibly accommodates future increases in processing volume (easy expansion) ■ Improved power generation efficiency through a unique solubilization process *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Biogas power generation: Generating biogas from organic waste on-site!

Possible even in small-scale facilities!

Biogas can be generated from food waste such as organic waste that occurs within the facility and utilized as energy. Conventional technology targeted large-scale factories that produce more than 10 tons of organic waste per day, but with the biogas system, it has become possible to install it in smaller facilities such as food factories that generate less than 3 tons of organic waste per day. For example, by installing it in a food factory that generates 1 ton of organic waste per day, it is possible to generate biogas, which can then be converted into steam and other forms of energy. 【Features】 - The fermentation temperature of 55°C accelerates the processing speed, allowing for a compact device. - By converting waste into energy within the facility, it enables a reduction in CO2 emissions through decreased use of new energy sources. - Our kitchen waste processing system (disposer) is installed as a pre-treatment facility to grind organic waste, thereby reducing the load on the processing tank. *Support for the overall introduction of the biogas power generation system is also available. Please refer to the materials for more details. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
